Construction and Materials

Trailer
We manufacture our trailers in-house. Designed and built to be strong and durable, with removable towing arm and double ended towing sleeve so the cabin can be moved or towed at either end.

Framing
The structure is strong enough to withstand transportation and light enough to ensure the cabin is easily transportable.
We use lightweight steel framing, designed and fabricated with a computerised cutting machine ensuring millimetre accuracy. Utilising this technology ensures we are able to build your cabin to the highest possible standards for strength and longevity, maximising every inch available.

Insulation
Our cabins are weatherproof, dry and warm. We insulate the floor, walls and ceilings in all our cabins. They all come with Ecowool insulation to the walls and ceiling, and Expol insulation under the floor.
Having insulation that has proven the test of time ensures that the product is able to remain warm in the coldest of New Zealand conditions.

A selection of cladding options, ensures you get the look you want.
Coreclad – a superior V grooved ply option, the most durable on the market, a selection of colours are on offer.

Feature walls of rusticated Weathertex, macrocarpa or cedar – a finishing touch that defines the architectural elegance of the Evoke designs.
